8 oz un-cooked angel hair pasta ; broken into 3rds.
1 small cucumber ; peeled and chopped
1 medium green pepper ; chopped
1 pkg (8oz.) sliced pepperoni ; quartered
2 can(s) (2- 1/4 oz ea.) sliced black olives ; drained
1/2 c italian salad dressing
1 1/4 c shredded parmesan cheese

Steps:

  • 1. Cook the pasta according to package directions.
  • 2. Mean while combine the cucumbers ,green peppers , pepperoni and black olives in a large bowl.
  • 3. Drain pasta and rinse with Cold water.
  • 4. Add to the pepperoni mixture ; Drizzle with salad dressing and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Toss well to coat.
