1/3 cup red wine vinegar
1/4 cup green onion, chopped
1/4 cup Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon fresh thyme, minced
1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, minced
1 teaspoon salt
3 lbs flank steaks
fresh thyme sprigs or fresh rosemary sprig

Steps:

  • Combine the first 9 ingredients in a small bowl; stir well.
