PEPPER STEAK OVER NOODLES

My first husband Philip loved this, as does my daughter and basically anyone else who tries it. Its fairly easy and the taste is so rich and flavorful. I serve mine over egg noodles, however it can also be served over rice. Its a great way to feed a large family and really nice on those rainy days when you are just not craving...

  • Slice the steak against the grain: This will help to make the steak more tender.
  • Marinate the steak: Marinating the steak in a flavorful marinade will help to tenderize it and add flavor.
  • Cook the steak over high heat: This will help to sear the steak and keep it juicy.
  • Don't overcook the steak: Overcooked steak will be tough and dry.
  • Let the steak rest before slicing: This will help to keep the juices in the steak.
  • Serve the steak with your favorite sides: Rice, noodles, or vegetables are all great options.
