2 1/2 ounces hendricks gin
1/2 ounce dry vermouth
ice
1 1/2 cups water
1 cup granulated sugar
1 tablespoon whole black peppercorn
1 tablespoon cracked black peppercorns

Steps:

  • For Black Peppercorn Syrup:.
  • Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan over medium-high heat, stirring until sugar has dissolved.
  • Bring to a boil and then reduce heat to bring mixture to a simmer; cook for 20 minutes. Remove from heat and cool to room temperature.
  • Strain the cooled syrup and refrigerate it in a container with a tightfitting lid.

10 peppers shishito peppers
10 thin slices lemon
½ teaspoon sea salt
½ medium lemon, juiced
½ teaspoon flaky sea salt
1 teaspoon olive oil
30 fluid ounces vodka
10 fluid ounces dry vermouth
ice as needed

Steps:
