3 hard boiled eggs, peeled and chopped

Tips: 1. Prepare Ingredients Ahead: Before you start cooking, make sure all your ingredients are prepped and measured. This will help streamline the cooking process and prevent any scrambling in the kitchen. 2. Use Fresh Sausage: For the best flavor, use fresh sausage rather than pre-cooked. Fresh sausage will give the soup a more savory and flavorful taste. 3. Brown the Sausage: Before adding the sausage to the soup, brown it in a skillet over medium heat. This will help enhance the flavor and give the soup a richer color. 4. Use a Variety of Potatoes: Don't limit yourself to just one type of potato. Feel free to mix and match different varieties, such as Yukon Golds, russets, or reds, to create a more interesting texture and flavor profile. 5. Add Vegetables: Feel free to add additional vegetables to the soup, such as carrots, celery, or onions. This will increase the nutritional value and add extra flavor to the soup. 6.
