2 cups all-purpose flour
3 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
TOPPING:
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 cup chopped pecans

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt. In another bowl, beat the eggs, milk, oil, sugar and vanilla until smooth.
