Tips:

  • Use creamy peanut butter: Creamy peanut butter will give your patties a smooth and creamy texture. If you only have chunky peanut butter, you can pulse it in a food processor until it becomes smooth.
  • Chill the dough before forming the patties: This will help the patties to hold their shape and prevent them from becoming too soft and sticky.
  • Use a cookie scoop to form the patties: This will help to ensure that the patties are all the same size and shape.
  • Roll the patties in chopped peanuts: This will give the patties a delicious crunchy coating.
  • Freeze the patties before dipping them in chocolate: This will help the chocolate to set more quickly and prevent it from becoming too messy.
  • Use a double boiler to melt the chocolate: This will help to prevent the chocolate from burning.
  • Dip the patties in the chocolate using a fork: This will help to keep the patties from getting too messy.
  • Place the patties on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet: This will help to prevent the patties from sticking to the pan.
  • Chill the patties until the chocolate is set: This will help the patties to hold their shape and prevent them from becoming too soft.

Whether you like them plain, with a chocolate coating, or with a variety of toppings, peanut patties are sure to satisfy your sweet tooth.
