Whew! That is some title. The peanut butter topping on this is outstanding. My bananas were very sweet and ripe, so I was able to get away with less sugar in the batter (I used the full amount in the topping though). From Southern Living.

Tips for Making Peanut Butter Streusel-Topped Cream Cheese Banana Nut Bread:
- Use ripe bananas for the best flavor. Mash them well until there are no large lumps. - Measure your flour correctly by using a kitchen scale or spooning it into your measuring cup and leveling it off with a knife. - Cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. This will help to incorporate air into the batter, resulting in a lighter, more tender bread. - Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. This will help to prevent the batter from curdling. - Mix in the mashed bananas and vanilla extract. - In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. - Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Do not overmix, as this can result in a tough bread. - Fold in the chopped walnuts. - Pour the batter into a greased and floured loaf pan. - For the streusel topping, combine the flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and oats in a small bowl. - Cut in the butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. - Sprinkle the streusel topping over the batter in the loaf pan. - Bake the bread at 350°F for 55-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. - Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely. Conclusion:
This Peanut Butter Streusel-Topped Cream Cheese Banana Nut Bread is a delicious and moist bread that is perfect for breakfast, brunch, or dessert. The combination of peanut butter, cream cheese, bananas, and walnuts makes for a rich and flavorful bread that is sure to please everyone.
