3/4 cup unbleached all-purpose flour
1/3 cup packed light-brown sugar

1 1/2 cups unbleached all-purpose flour
3/4 teaspoon baking soda

1 stick unsalted butter, melted
1 cup granulated sugar

3 very ripe bananas, mashed until smooth (1 cup)

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees with a rack in lower third. Butter a 9-by-5-inch loaf pan; line with parchment, leaving a 1-inch overhang on long sides. In a bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Stir in butter and pecans until small clumps form and mixture is evenly moistened. 1 tablespoon butter, cut into pieces
4 very ripe bananas, mashed
6 tablespoons butter, melted, cooled to room temperature
1 cup sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 cup milk
1 1/2 cups Gold Medal™ all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F. Lightly spray 9x5-inch loaf pan with cooking spray.
  • In small bowl, stir together Streusel ingredients except butter. Pinch pieces of butter into flour mixture until crumbly and looks like wet sand. Refrigerate.

1/2 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
7 tablespoons uncooked Quaker Oats
1/3 cup flour
1/3 cup cold butter or 1/3 cup margarine, cut into pieces
2 small ripe bananas, mashed (1 cup)
2 large eggs
1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup butter or 1/3 cup margarine, melted
1 1/2 cups flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup chopped pecans, toasted (I use any nuts and don't toast them)
1 teaspoon vanilla

Steps:

  • Combine first three ingredients for streusel topping.
  • Cut in butter with a pastry blender until crumbly.
