3/4 cup peanut butter
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup confectioners' sugar
1 carton (8 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 graham cracker crust (9 inches)
Salted chopped peanuts
Optional: Additional whipped topping, chocolate sauce and peanut butter sauce

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, beat the peanut butter, cream cheese and confectioners' sugar until smooth. Fold in whipped topping; pour into prepared crust. Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving. Sprinkle with peanuts. If desired, top with additional whipped topping, chocolate sauce and peanut butter sauce.

1 teaspoon vanilla extract
¼ teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
3 eggs
1 cup dark corn syrup
½ cup white sugar
1 cup heavy whipping cream
2 tablespoons dark brown sugar

Steps:

While out on a date one afternoon, my husband and I had some peanut butter pie with our dessert. I told him I didn't really like it because it tasted fake and that I could make a better one. I modified a French Silk Pie recipe that I had found, added some ganache to the bottom of the pie crust and this is the result. It is super rich, so small slices are recommended. I use raw eggs, as I can get fresh laid eggs from pet chickens, please us pasteurized if you have to get your eggs from the grocery store.

1 baked pie crust
1/2 cup butter, softened
3/4 cup peanut butter
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
4 eggs
1/4 cup whipping cream
1/2 cup chocolate chips, plus extra for garnish
caramel sauce, for drizzling
whipped cream (to garnish)

Steps:

  • Whip the butter & peanut butter until light and fluffy.
  • Add the sugar & vanilla, whip until combined.
  • Add the eggs ONE at a time, beating for 3 minutes after each egg. (This is important for it to be fluffy!) Scrape the bowl between each egg.
  • Nuke the whipping cream for 45 seconds to 1 minute (it should be very hot.)
  • Add the 1/2 cup of choc chips, let melt and whisk together until smooth. Pour the ganache into the bottom of your cooled pie crust.
  • Top with the pb mixture, refrigerate.
  • Let it chill for 3 hours (overnight is even better), drizzle with caramel sauce, garnish with whipped cream and sprinkle with chocolate chips.

1 pre-made choc graham cracker crust (the oreo one doesnt taste right though)
1/2 bottle hot fudge sauce
1 8 ounce pkg cream cheese
1 c granulated white sugar
1 c peanut butter, creamy
3 c cool whip for silk
2 c cool whip for top

Steps:

  • 1. Heat up hot fudge in microwave and then pour a half inch thick layer over the botom of the graham cracker crust
  • 2. In a mixing bowl, whip together the sugar, peanut butter, and cream cheese, then carefully stir in the 3 cups of cool whip. this is the peanut butter silk. Pour into pie pan on top of the hot fudge.
  • 3. Top the peanut butter silk with another 2 cups or so of cool whip-as kind of a "frosting".
  • 4. Heat up hot fudge and drizzle decoratively over the top of the cool whip-the pie will look so professional people will ask you where you bought it!!
  • 5. Optional-you can mix a little peanut butter with the hot fudge to change the flavor of your top drizzle!
  • 6. Keep this pie cold until ready to serve!!

1 cup sugar
1 cup creamy peanut butter, recommend Jif
1 tablespoon butter, melted
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup heavy cream, whipped till fluffy
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
3 tablespoons brewed coffee or 3 tablespoons milk, if you do not want the coffee flavor
1/4-1/2 cup chopped peanuts, for garnish
1 (9 inch) chocolate cookie pie crust

  • Filling.
  • Beat cream cheese, sugar, peanut butter, butter and vanilla in a large bowl until creamy.
