PEANUT BRITTLE

Peanut Brittle image

If you'd like to try making your own candy, this easy peanut brittle recipe is a perfect place to start. 1 teaspoon water
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 cup water
1 cup light corn syrup
3 tablespoons butter
1 pound shelled unroasted peanuts
