NO-BAKE PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES III
These cookies were always served for school lunch. I got the recipe after marrying from one of the cooks, and have made it many times since. This cookie generally is seen with cocoa, but I like this one better, it doesn't have any.

PEANUT BUTTER NO BAKE COOKIES
Posted in response to a request, I got this recipe from a lady at church who make them for Bible School in the 1980s. I had made chocolate no-bake cookies for YEARS but had never heard of peanut butter no bake cookies. So delicious that my choco-holic daughter likes them better than the chocolate variety! No. of servings depends on how big you make the cookies. Prep time depends on how fast you are scooping the cookies onto the wax paper covered newspaper! (You get better w/ practice! :D )

Tips:
- Use a good quality peanut butter. This will make a big difference in the taste of your no-bakes. Look for a peanut butter that is made with 100% peanuts and no added sugar or salt.
- Don't overcook the oats. If you cook them too long, they will become mushy and your no-bakes will be too soft. Cook them just until they are tender.
- Let the no-bakes cool completely before you enjoy them. This will help them to set up and become firm.
- Store the no-bakes in an airtight container in the refrigerator. They will keep for up to 2 weeks.
Conclusion:
Peanut butter no-bakes are a delicious and easy-to-make treat that are perfect for any occasion. They are a great way to use up leftover oats, and they are also a good source of protein and fiber. With a few simple ingredients, you can create a batch of no-bakes that the whole family will love.
