CINNAMON- PEANUT COOKIES

Cinnamon- Peanut Cookies image

Peanut butter cookies with a touch of cinnamon- Yum! When I made these, I beat them by hand (not electric mixer) and since I made them a little bigger, making 32 cookies total, the cooking time was more like 12 to 14 minutes. Also, I sprinkled them with some sugar before baking. Enjoy!

Tips:

  • Chill the dough: Chilling the dough before baking helps to firm it up and prevent the cookies from spreading too much in the oven.
  • Use a good quality peanut butter: The quality of the peanut butter you use will have a big impact on the flavor of the cookies. Look for a peanut butter that is made with 100% peanuts and no added sugar or salt.
  • Don't overmix the dough: Overmixing the dough will make the cookies tough. Mix just until the ingredients are combined.
  • Bake the cookies until they are just set: The cookies should be slightly soft in the center when you take them out of the oven. They will continue to firm up as they cool.

Conclusion:

These peanut butter cinnamon snap cookies are a delicious and easy-to-make treat. They are perfect for any occasion, from a casual get-together to a holiday party. With their combination of peanut butter, cinnamon, and sugar, these cookies are sure to be a hit with everyone who tries them.
