6 containers (5.3 oz each) Greek vanilla yogurt
2 tablespoons miniature semisweet chocolate chips
2 tablespoons coarsely chopped salted peanuts

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 8-inch square pan with cooking spray.
  • In small bowl, mix melted butter and honey; set aside. Coarsely crush cereal. In medium bowl, mix cereal, 1/2 cup salted peanuts and 1/4 cup miniature chocolate chips. Add butter mixture; stir to thoroughly coat. Press mixture firmly in bottom of pan. Bake 10 minutes; remove to cooling rack 15 minutes. Place in freezer about 10 minutes or until chilled.

12 Nutter Butter sandwich cookies
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla
12 ounces Cool Whip, divided
2 ounces semi-sweet chocolate baking squares, melted

Steps:

  • Crush 8 of the cookies in a resealable plastic bag. Mix cookie crumbs with butter and press onto bottom of foil-lined 9x5 inch loaf pan.
  • Mix cream cheese, peanut butter, sugar and vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Gently stir in 3 cups cool whip.
  • Spoon 1/2 cup of the cream cheese mixture into a small bowl. Stir in melted chocolate until well blended. Set aside.
  • Spoon 1/2 of the remaining cream cheese mixture over crust. Top evenly with chocolate mixture. Cover with remaining cream cheese mixture. Freeze 4 hours or overnight until firm.

1 pkg (8 oz.) philadelphia cream cheese, softened
1/2 c creamy peanut butter

1 tub (12 oz.) cool whip whipped topping, thawed, divided
2 squares baker's semi-sweet chocolate, melted

Steps:

  • 1. CRUSH 8 of the cookies in resealable plastic bag with rolling pin. Mix cookie crumbs and butter. Press onto bottom of foil-lined 9x5-inch loaf pan.
  • 2. MIX cream cheese, peanut butter, sugar and vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Gently stir in 3 cups of the whipped topping. Spoon ½ cup of the cream cheese mixture into small bowl. Stir in melted chocolate until well blended; set aside. Spoon half of the remaining cream cheese mixture over crust. I use my recipe#237573 you may of coarse use store bought --- vanilla ice cream may be used in place of the chocolate ice cream, frozen yogurt also will work well, a prepared chocolate crumb crust or graham crust will work well fine--- although I have left as optional to take this yet to another level mix in chopped frozen peanut butter cups, they must be frozen when mixed in or they will crush when mixing, chop them first then freeze, and don't be afraid to add in a little more than 1/2 cup peanut butter :)

1 pkg package chocolate filled chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed
1/4 c butter, melted
2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 1/4 c peanut butter
2 c powdered sugar
1 (16-ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 (16-ounce) bag peanut butter cup candies, or peanut butter filled chocolate kisses, chopped
1 (5.9-ounce) package instant chocolate pudding
3 c cold milk
1/4 c heavy cream
1 (16-ounce) can ready to spread chocolate frosting
1 c powdered sugar
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened

Steps:

  • 1. Combine 3/4 of the crushed cookies with melted butter and spread into 9" x 13" glass baking dish; press down and set aside.
  • 2. In large bowl, beat 2 packages cream cheese until soft and fluffy. Add peanut butter and 2 cups powdered sugar; beat until smooth. Beat in frozen whipped topping until smooth. Spoon and spread over crust. Sprinkle chopped candies over peanut butter mixture.
