1 cup (6 oz. pkg.) semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup packed brown sugar
2/3 cup Jif® Creamy Peanut Butter
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3/4 cup Pillsbury BEST® All Purpose Flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups quick rolled oats

Steps:

  • HEAT oven to 350 degrees F. Spray 13 x 9-inch pan with a no-stick cooking spray. Melt chocolate chips in dry, microwave-safe bowl on HIGH (100% power) 1 minute. Stir. Microwave at additional, 10- to 15-second intervals, stirring just until chips are melted. Set aside.

1/2 cup unsalted butter (chopped (115g))
4 oz dark chocolate (chopped (115g))
2 large eggs (lightly whisked)
1 cup granulated sugar ((200g))
3/4 cup all-purpose flour ((90g))
1/4 cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder ((30g))
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 Pinch of salt
4 oz cream cheese (softened (110g))
3/4 cup creamy peanut butter ((190g))
1/2 cup powdered sugar ((60g))
1 tsp vanilla extract
8 oz dark chocolate (chopped (225g))
2 tbsp butter

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease a 8x8-inch pan and line it with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the sides to lift the finished bars out. Set aside.
