Nonstick cooking spray or softened butter, for greasing
1 1/3 cups milk
1/2 cup peanut butter
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 cup sugar
4 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1 cup peanut butter chips
Three 1.55-ounce chocolate bars, such as Hershey's

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Generously grease a loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray or butter. Line with a strip of parchment paper so that it hangs over the narrow ends of the loaf pan.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the milk and peanut butter until well blended. Add the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt and fold to combine. Fold in the peanut butter chips.

1 cup warm water (110 degrees F/45 degrees C)
1 tablespoon white sugar
1 tablespoon brown sugar
2 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons crunchy peanut butter
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 egg
3 cups bread flour
1 ½ teaspoons active dry yeast

Steps:

  • Place ingredients in bread machine pan in the order suggested by the manufacturer. Select white bread setting. Start.
  • To bake bread in oven: select dough or manual cycle. Once cycle is complete, shape dough and place in a greased loaf pan. Allow to rise in a warm spot until doubled in size.
