Tips:

  • Use fresh blackberries. Fresh blackberries have the best flavor and texture, but frozen blackberries can be used in a pinch. If using frozen blackberries, thaw them completely before using.
  • Don't overmix the batter. Overmixing the batter will make the bars tough. Mix just until the ingredients are combined.
  • Press the crust firmly into the pan. This will help prevent the crust from crumbling when you cut the bars.
  • Bake the bars until the crust is golden brown and the filling is set. A toothpick inserted into the center of the bars should come out clean.
  • Let the bars cool completely before cutting them. This will help prevent the bars from falling apart.

Conclusion:

Peanut Butter Blackberry Bars are a delicious and easy-to-make dessert that is perfect for any occasion.
