- Combine water and sugar in a large pot; bring to a boil. Cook and stir until the sugar dissolves, about 3 minutes. Cool in the refrigerator.
- Put 1 banana and about 1 cup pineapple juice in a blender; blend until smooth. Repeat until all bananas are pureed into pineapple juice; stir into the pot with the simple syrup. Add orange juice concentrate and lemonade concentrate to the pot; stir. Divide the mixture into smaller containers and freeze until mostly solid.
- Put frozen mixture into a large punch bowl. Thaw until slushy, but stirrable. Stir lemon-lime carbonated beverage into the punch bowl. Garnish with orange slices.

For those long days, you will not have time for lunch, drink a glass of my Peanut Butter & banana Punch and eat a cheese sandwich. I am sure that you will not feel hungry until 3 or 4 pm. you can add extra cup of milk and extra banana for each extra person. If the Banana is very ripe put one tablespoon of brown sugar. If you are doing Weight Training you can add protein powder. Best Dark Chocolate is 75% cocoa. I like to put the outmeal and the dark chocolate to suck the night before, so I can make my punch in 5 min. or less, next morning. This recipe is too heavy after 6 pm. Do not keep it for later, you must drink it fresh. Please, let me know if you like it!

This bread is loved by all who's tried it, especially my kids. I've handed out so many copies of this recipe over the years. It certainly doesn't last long. I made 3 mini loaves and my son already has the first one demolished...LOL! He wouldn't wait until it cooled for me to frost, as you can see in the pictures. :) If you love the combo of peanut butter and banana's, you will love this bread. - Preheat oven to 350 degree F. Spray a 9 x 5 loaf pan with non stick cooking spray. I use bakers joy. In a large bowl, beat the peanut butter with the brown sugar until light and fluffy or until sugar is well incorporated. In another bowl, sift the flour, soda and salt. Set aside.
- Once the sugar and peanut butter is creamed, beat in the banana, egg, sour cream and vanilla. Mix well. To this add the flour mixture and only beat until blended. Fold in the peanut butter chips.
- Spread into prepared loaf pan. Bake for 55 minutes to 1 hour, or until pick comes out clean. If it starts getting too brown, cover with foil and return to oven.
- In a small bowl, whisk all glaze ingredients until creamy. Add more sugar or milk to get desired consistency. Remove bread from oven and place on cooling rack for 5 minutes, then remove from pans. Once cool, glaze.
- Enjoy with a cup of coffee or a nice glass of ice cold milk.
Tips:
- For a creamier punch, use frozen bananas.
- If you don't have lemon-lime soda, you can use Sprite or 7-Up.
- For a boozy punch, add a shot of rum or vodka.
