1 banana, peeled and mashed
1 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup (packed) brown sugar
2 egg whites
2 cups whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup rolled oats
1 cup raisins

Tips:

  • Choose ripe bananas: The riper the bananas, the sweeter and more flavorful your oatmeal will be.
  • Use old-fashioned oats: Old-fashioned oats have a chewier texture than quick oats or instant oats, which makes them a better choice for this recipe.
  • Add some sweetness: If you like your oatmeal sweeter, you can add a little honey, maple syrup, or brown sugar.
  • Don't overcook the oatmeal: Oatmeal is best when it's cooked until it's tender but still has a little bit of a bite to it.
  • Top your oatmeal with your favorite toppings: Some popular toppings for oatmeal include nuts, seeds, fruit, and yogurt.

Conclusion:

Peanut Butter Banana Oatmeal Raisin Cookies are a delicious and healthy snack or breakfast. They're made with simple ingredients and are easy to make. You can customize them to your liking by adding different toppings or mix-ins. So next time you're looking for a quick and easy snack or breakfast, give these cookies a try!
