BANANA PEANUT BUTTER AND JELLY WRAPS

Banana Peanut Butter and Jelly Wraps image

A fruit wrap infused with all the great flavor of a PB&J sandwich. A favorite of mine that I made to have as a quick lunch in college. I'm thinking of trying other fruits like kiwi or blackberries in place of strawberries to see if they're just as great as this combination. Or if you're feeling more adventurous, you could try changing the type of jam.

Tips:

  • Choose ripe bananas: Ripeness adds natural sweetness and creaminess to the wraps.
  • Use creamy peanut butter: It spreads easily and adds a rich, nutty flavor.
  • Add honey or maple syrup: This adds a touch of sweetness and helps bind the ingredients together.
  • Sprinkle with cinnamon or nutmeg: These spices enhance the flavor of the bananas and peanut butter.
  • Use a variety of toppings: Try different fruits, nuts, seeds, or even chocolate chips to add flavor and texture.
  • Serve immediately: The wraps are best enjoyed fresh, as the tortillas can become soggy if they sit for too long.

Conclusion:

Peanut butter and banana wraps are a quick, easy, and delicious snack or breakfast option. They are packed with protein, fiber, and healthy fats, and can be customized to your liking. With a variety of toppings to choose from, these wraps are a versatile and satisfying treat that can be enjoyed by people of all ages.
