JUST A PEACHY DRESSING, PLACE IN BLENDER, BLEND WELL
1/4 C peach necter
2 Tbs cider vinegar
2 Tbs plain yogurt
2 tsp sugar or splenda
1/2 tsp garlic pdr
1/2 tsp salt
pepper to taste
2 peaches, fresh peeled, pitted, and chopped
1/2-3/4 C crisco, olive oil. . . . . while processing, pour oil slowly in a steady stream process til blended and creamy looking.
SALAD
8 C baby spinach
8 C torn romain. bibb or head lettuce, or any mix of salad greens or combination of .
top with sprinkled or crumbled bacon or bacon bits
4 large peaches, peeled, 2 sliced and 2 chopped (more if you prefer)
optional: blueberries sprinkled over the top

Steps:

  • 1. MIx dressing above, Blending the first 9 ingredients for the Dressing, as Directed above. Chill at least 1 hr.
  • 2. Mix Washed and chilled salad greens adding peaches, chopped and slices, Toss well Drizzle Dressing Over Greens. Sprinkle with Bacon, and Top with Blueberries, Optional. . . . ENJOY!!!! Refreshing to your taste Buds.
