2 bone-in center-cut pork loin chops (7 ounces each)
2 teaspoons canola oil
1 can (8-1/4 ounces) sliced peaches in extra-light syrup
1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce
1/2 cup water
1 teaspoon reduced-sodium soy sauce
1/8 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed
1/8 teaspoon dried thyme
1/8 teaspoon dried basil
Dash to 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Steps:

  • In a small skillet, brown pork chops in oil; drain. Transfer to a 1-1/2-qt. slow cooker., Drain peaches, reserving juice. 1 (29 ounce) can sliced peaches, drained and syrup reserved
