2 lbs cream cheese, softened
1 cup sugar
4 eggs

  • Cool to refrigerated temperature.
  • Topping: Top with fresh whipped cream or equivalent and serve.
  • Store up to 2 days in the fridge.

Tips:

  • To ensure a smooth cheesecake filling, make sure all of your ingredients are at room temperature before you start mixing. This will help them blend together more easily.
  • For the creamiest cheesecake, use full-fat cream cheese. If you use low-fat or non-fat cream cheese, your cheesecake will be less creamy and may have a slightly grainy texture.
  • Don't overbeat the cheesecake filling. Overbeating can cause the cheesecake to be dense and crumbly. Mix the filling just until it is smooth and creamy.
  • Bake the cheesecake in a water bath. This will help prevent the cheesecake from cracking and will also help it to bake more evenly.
  • Let the cheesecake cool completely before serving. This will help it to set properly and will also make it easier to slice.

Conclusion:

This Peaches and Cream Cheesecake is a delicious and easy-to-make dessert that is perfect for any occasion. The creamy cheesecake filling is perfectly complemented by the sweet and juicy peaches, and the graham cracker crust provides a delicious and crunchy base. Whether you're serving it at a party or enjoying it as a special treat, this cheesecake is sure to be a hit.
