Tips:

  • Choose ripe peaches: Use ripe peaches for the best flavor and texture. Look for peaches that are fragrant, slightly soft to the touch, and have a deep yellow or orange color.
  • Freeze the peaches beforehand: Freezing the peaches before making the slushies will help them blend more easily and create a smoother texture. You can freeze the peaches whole or sliced.
  • Use a high-powered blender: A high-powered blender will be able to crush the frozen peaches more easily and create a smoother slushie. If you don't have a high-powered blender, you may need to blend the slushies in batches.
  • Add sweetener to taste: The amount of sweetener you add will depend on the sweetness of the peaches. Start with a small amount and add more to taste.
  • Serve immediately: Peach slushies are best served immediately after they are made. If you need to store them, you can keep them in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
