Tips:

  • Choose ripe peaches: The riper the peaches, the sweeter and more flavorful your muffins will be.
  • Don't overmix the batter: Overmixing can result in tough muffins. Mix just until the ingredients are combined.
  • Use a muffin scoop: A muffin scoop will help you ensure that your muffins are all the same size and shape.
  • Bake the muffins until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean: This will ensure that the muffins are cooked through.
  • Let the muffins cool before serving: This will allow the flavors to develop and the muffins to set.

Conclusion:

These peach streusel muffins are a delicious and easy-to-make treat that are perfect for breakfast, brunch, or snack time. The sweet peaches and crunchy streusel topping make these muffins irresistible. Plus, they're made with wholesome ingredients like whole wheat flour and oats, so you can feel good about eating them.
