PEACH SAUCE

Peach Sauce image

Make this up in advance for sourdough pancakes. I used Celestial Seasonings® tea. Substitute water for tea if you don't have it on hand. Chopped pecans might taste good in this, as well as brandy instead of vanilla.

Tips:

  • Choose ripe, juicy peaches: The quality of your peaches will greatly impact the flavor of your sake. Look for peaches that are fragrant, have a deep yellow color, and give slightly when you press them.
  • Use a clean, sharp knife: When slicing the peaches, use a clean, sharp knife to avoid bruising the fruit. This will help to prevent the sake from becoming cloudy.
  • Be patient: Making sake takes time. The fermentation process can take several weeks or even months. Be patient and let the sake develop its full flavor.
  • Store the sake properly: Once the sake is finished, store it in a cool, dark place. This will help to preserve the flavor and quality of the sake.

Conclusion:

Peach sake is a delicious and refreshing alcoholic beverage that is perfect for any occasion. It is easy to make and can be enjoyed by people of all ages. Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned sake maker, I encourage you to try this recipe. You may be surprised at how delicious homemade sake can be.
