Tips:

  • Use fresh peaches: Fresh peaches are the star of this cobbler, so make sure to use ripe, juicy ones. If you can't find fresh peaches, you can use frozen or canned peaches, but the flavor won't be as good.
  • Don't overmix the batter: The batter for the cobbler should be lumpy. Overmixing will make the cobbler tough.
  • Use a baking dish that is at least 9 inches in diameter: This will give the cobbler plenty of room to bubble up and bake evenly.
  • Serve the cobbler warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream: This is the classic way to serve peach cobbler, and it's delicious!

Conclusion:

Peach cobbler is a delicious and easy-to-make dessert that is perfect for summer. With its sweet and juicy peaches, crispy granola topping, and creamy vanilla ice cream, this cobbler is sure to be a hit with everyone. So next time you're looking for a classic summer dessert, give this peach cobbler recipe a try!
