THE BEST PEACH COBBLER
In our classic southern-style peach cobbler, we layer the fruit on top of the batter before baking. In the oven, the sweet batter rises through the peaches, creating a light and airy cake-like topping. We left the peaches unpeeled, which adds a nice color and makes the recipe even easier. Serve it with vanilla ice cream for the perfect summer dessert.

Tips:
- Use ripe, juicy peaches: This will ensure that your cobbler is bursting with flavor. If you don't have ripe peaches, you can speed up the ripening process by placing them in a paper bag with a banana for a few days.
- Don't overmix the batter: Overmixing will result in a tough, dense cobbler. Mix just until the ingredients are combined.
- Use a heavy-bottomed skillet: This will help to prevent the cobbler from burning.
- Cook the cobbler over medium heat: This will allow the cobbler to cook through without burning.
- Serve the cobbler warm with your favorite toppings: such as ice cream, whipped cream, or fresh fruit.
Conclusion:
Peach cobbler French toast is a delicious and easy-to-make breakfast or brunch dish. It's the perfect way to use up leftover peaches, and it's sure to be a hit with your family and friends. With its sweet, juicy peaches, creamy custard, and crispy bread, this dish is sure to satisfy your cravings.
