Tips:

  • Choose ripe and flavorful peaches. The better the peaches, the better the salad will be. Look for peaches that are fragrant and have a slight give when you press them gently.
  • Use a variety of greens. Arugula, spinach, and romaine lettuce are all good choices for this salad. You can also use a mix of greens.
  • Don't skimp on the blue cheese. Blue cheese is a key ingredient in this salad, so use a good quality cheese that you enjoy. Crumbled or shaved blue cheese works best.
  • Add some nuts or seeds for crunch. Walnuts, pecans, and almonds are all good choices. You can also use a mix of nuts and seeds.
  • Drizzle the salad with a light vinaigrette. A simple vinaigrette made with olive oil, vinegar, and honey is a good choice. You can also use a store-bought vinaigrette.
  • Serve the salad immediately. This salad is best served fresh. The peaches will start to brown if you let the salad sit for too long.
