Tips:
- Use fresh pumpkin purée: Fresh pumpkin purée yields the best flavor and texture. If you don't have time to make your own, you can use canned pumpkin purée instead.
- Don't overmix the batter: Overmixing the batter will make the bars tough. Mix just until the ingredients are combined.
- Bake the bars until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean: This will ensure that the bars are cooked through.
- Let the bars cool completely before frosting them: This will help the frosting to set properly.
Conclusion:
Paul's Pumpkin Bars are a delicious and easy-to-make fall treat. They're perfect for potlucks, parties, or just a simple snack. With their moist and flavorful pumpkin filling and creamy cream cheese frosting, these bars are sure to be a hit with everyone who tries them.
