Tips:

- **Use fresh seafood:** The fresher the seafood, the better the bisque will taste. If you can, buy shrimp or lobster that has been caught recently. - **Don't overcook the seafood:** Seafood cooks quickly, so be careful not to overcook it. Otherwise, it will become tough and rubbery. - **Use a good quality white wine:** The white wine you use will add flavor to the bisque, so it's important to choose a good quality one. A dry white wine, such as a Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Grigio, is a good choice. - **Don't be afraid to experiment:** There are many different ways to make shrimp or lobster bisque. Feel free to experiment with different ingredients and flavors to find a recipe that you love.

Conclusion:

Shrimp or lobster bisque is a delicious and elegant soup that is perfect for any occasion. It's easy to make and can be tailored to your own taste. So next time you're looking for a special soup to serve, give this recipe a try. You won't be disappointed!
