Tips:

  • For a sweeter muffin, use ripe peaches. If your peaches are not ripe, you can sprinkle them with a little sugar before adding them to the batter.
  • Be sure to measure your flour correctly. Too much flour will make the muffins dry.
  • Do not overmix the batter. Overmixing will make the muffins tough.
  • Fill the muffin cups only 2/3 full. If you fill them too full, the muffins will overflow.
  • Bake the muffins until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. If the toothpick comes out with batter on it, the muffins need to bake longer.
  • Let the muffins cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.

Conclusion:

Paula Deen's Peach Muffins are a delicious and easy-to-make breakfast treat. They are perfect for a quick and easy breakfast on the go, or for a special brunch or party.
