2 de bicarbonato de sodio
1 de sal
1 de canela en polvo
1/2 de jengibre en polvo
2 tazas de azúcar
1 taza de aceite vegetal
1 de vainilla
2 huevo
2 tazas de zanahoria rallada
1 lata (8 oz.) de piña molida, bien escurrida
1/2 taza de pasas
4 oz. (1/2 de un pqte. de 8 oz) queso crema PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, ablandado
2 de margarina, ablandada
1 taza de azúcar glass o impalpable (powdered sugar)
1 de vainilla
2 de coco rallado BAKER'S ANGEL FLAKE Coconut, tostado

Steps:

  • Calienta el horno a 350°F.
  • Engrasa y enharina un molde con tubo central de 9 tazas de capacidad.
