2 plum tomatoes, chopped
Two 15-ounce cans red beans, drained and rinsed

Tips:

  • Use high-quality ingredients: Fresh, flavorful ingredients will make all the difference in the final dish. Look for ripe tomatoes, crisp green beans, and flavorful bacon.
  • Don't overcook the pasta: Pasta should be cooked al dente, or slightly firm to the bite. Overcooked pasta will be mushy and unappetizing.
  • Season the dish well: Don't be afraid to add salt, pepper, and other spices to taste. A well-seasoned dish will be more flavorful and enjoyable.
  • Add the beans and bacon at the end: This will prevent them from overcooking and becoming tough.
