Steps:
- Beat eggs and sugar. Add oil. Mix in cake meal and cocoa. Add nuts (or use the nuts as a topping).
- Bake in a greased 9 x 13 inch pan at 325 degrees F (165 degrees C) for 35 minutes. The secret to moist brownies, Pesach or otherwise, is to underbake them. Check them at 30 minutes. I also put nuts on top rather than in the brownies for two reasons: They make the top look good without having to frost them and, for those who don 't or can't eat nuts, they are easily removed without having to search for them.

PASSOVER BROWNIES
Need a chocolate fix during the holidays? Though I'm not Jewish, this recipe looked intriguing to me so I'm saving it as a gift the next time I'm invited to a Seder. (Yes, in my kitchen it would not be Kosher, but my friends are not that religious.) The combination of fruits --raisins, bananas and applesauce -- should give these a very moist brownie like texture.

Tips:
- Use high-quality chocolate: The quality of the chocolate you use will directly impact the flavor of your brownies. Choose a high-quality semisweet or bittersweet chocolate for the best results.
- Don't overmix the batter: Overmixing the batter can lead to dry, tough brownies. Mix the batter just until the ingredients are combined and no more.
- Bake the brownies in a preheated oven: Baking the brownies in a preheated oven will help them to rise evenly and prevent them from sinking in the center.
- Let the brownies cool completely before cutting them: Cutting the brownies while they are still warm will cause them to crumble. Let them cool completely at room temperature or in the refrigerator before cutting them into squares.
Conclusion:
These Passover brownie cake recipes are a delicious and easy way to enjoy a classic dessert during the holiday. With a few simple ingredients and a little bit of time, you can create a rich, fudgy brownie cake that is sure to be a hit with your family and friends. So gather your ingredients and preheat your oven - it's time to bake some brownies!
