SLOW COOKER PARMESAN HONEY PORK ROAST
It's hard to make slow-cooked food look pretty, and this pork seriously fell apart when I tried to take it out of the slow cooker, so don't judge this by its picture. I promise that this recipe is delicious! My husband even said that this is one of his favorite Sunday dinners. I also made mashed potatoes and the gravy was delicious on them. Use roast between 2 to 3 pounds.

Tips:
- Choose the right cut of pork: A pork loin roast or pork shoulder roast are both good choices for this recipe. Pork loin is leaner and more tender, while pork shoulder is fattier and more flavorful.
- Sear the pork before roasting: Searing the pork helps to develop a flavorful crust and lock in the juices. To sear the pork, heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and sear the pork roast on all sides until browned.
- Use a flavorful marinade: The marinade helps to infuse the pork with flavor. For this recipe, the marinade is made with olive oil, garlic, rosemary, thyme, and sage.
- Roast the pork at a low temperature: Roasting the pork at a low temperature helps to keep it moist and juicy. The ideal internal temperature for pork is 145 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Let the pork rest before slicing: Letting the pork rest before slicing helps to redistribute the juices throughout the meat, resulting in a more tender and flavorful roast.
Conclusion:
Parmesan pork roast is a delicious and easy-to-make dish that is perfect for any occasion. The pork is tender and juicy, with a flavorful crust and a hint of Parmesan cheese. This recipe is sure to be a hit with your family and friends.
