Tips:

  • Use fresh herbs: Fresh herbs give the bread a more intense flavor than dried herbs. If you don't have fresh herbs on hand, you can use dried herbs, but use about half the amount called for in the recipe.
  • Don't overmix the dough: Overmixing the dough will make the bread tough. Mix the dough just until the ingredients are combined.
  • Let the dough rise in a warm place: The dough will rise best in a warm place, between 75 and 85 degrees Fahrenheit. If your kitchen is too cold, you can place the dough in a warm oven (turned off) with a bowl of hot water.
  • Bake the bread until it is golden brown: The bread is done baking when it is golden brown on top and sounds hollow when tapped.

Conclusion:

Parmesan Herb Loaf is a delicious and easy-to-make bread that is perfect for any occasion. It is soft and fluffy on the inside, with a crispy crust on the outside. The Parmesan cheese and herbs give the bread a savory flavor that is sure to please everyone. This bread is perfect for slicing and serving with soup or salad, or for making sandwiches or croutons.
