PARMESAN ROMAINE SALAD
This salad is simple, but it's big on flavor. The shaved Parmesan adds intense cheese flavor, and the nicely balanced dressing lets the other flavors shine. If you're pressed for time, it's good with bottled dressing, too.

PARMESAN "GRAPES"
I got this recipe from an advertisement, I believe, in Homemakers' Magazine. Be sure to use Parmigiano-Reggiano. This makes fairly firm "grapes"; use a little more cream to make them softer if you want.

Tips:
- Choose the right grapes: Smaller, seedless grapes like champagne grapes or cotton candy grapes work best.
- Use a variety of cheeses: Different cheeses offer different flavors. Try a combination of a hard cheese like Parmesan, a soft cheese like goat cheese, or a semi-hard cheese like Gouda.
- Mix in some nuts: Chopped walnuts, pecans, or almonds add a nice crunch and flavor.
- Add a touch of sweetness: A drizzle of honey or maple syrup can help balance out the savory flavors.
- Don't overcrowd the skewers: Make sure there's enough space between the grapes and cheese so they can cook evenly.
- Cook until the cheese is melted and bubbly: This will take about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Serve immediately: Parmesan grapes are best enjoyed fresh off the grill.
Conclusion:
Parmesan grapes are a quick and easy appetizer or snack that's perfect for any occasion. They're a great way to enjoy fresh grapes and cheese, and they're always a hit with guests. So next time you're looking for something delicious and easy to make, try parmesan grapes. You won't be disappointed.
