Tips:

  • Use a good quality baguette for the crostini. A fresh, crusty baguette will give you the best results.
  • Cut the baguette into 1-inch thick slices. This will help them to toast evenly.
  • Brush the crostini with olive oil. This will help them to brown and crisp up in the oven.
  • Spread a thin layer of pesto on each crostini. This will add flavor and moisture.
  • Top with Parmesan cheese and garlic. This will give the crostini a cheesy, garlicky flavor.
  • Bake the crostini in a preheated oven until they are golden brown. This will take about 10 minutes.
  • Serve the crostini warm, as an appetizer or snack.
  • Be careful that the oven is not too hot. Heat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). If it's too hot, the crostini can burn before the cheese and garlic have a chance to melt.
  • Enjoy!

Conclusion:

These Parmesan Garlic Crostini are the perfect appetizer or snack for any occasion. They are easy to make and packed with flavor. The crispy baguette, creamy pesto, melted Parmesan cheese, and roasted garlic come together to create a delicious and unforgettable dish. If you're looking for a crowd-pleasing recipe, this is it!
