2 c Italian-seasoned dry bread crumbs
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 T oil
24 oz jar spaghetti sauce (divided)
2 c shredded mozzarella cheese
cooked spaghetti

Steps:

  • Spray your crock pot with cooking spray
  • In a deep bowl, beat your egg and milk together
  • Sprinkle with salt and pepper and set aside

2 (28-ounce) cans crushed tomatoes
1 onion, diced
1 tablespoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes, optional
1 pound penne
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley leaves

Steps:

  • Season chicken with salt and pepper, to taste. Place chicken into a 6-qt slow cooker. In a large bowl, combine crushed tomatoes, onion, basil, oregano, parsley and red pepper flakes, if using. Stir into the slow cooker and gently toss to combine. Cover and cook on low heat for 4 hours. Remove chicken from the slow cooker and shred, using two forks. 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon pepper

1 jar (24 ounces) marinara sauce
4 slices part-skim mozzarella cheese

1 (1 1/3 ounce) envelope Knorr parma rosa sauce mix
1 cup milk
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 ounce grated parmesan cheese
1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 tablespoon butter
1 dash white wine
1 lb chicken breast
1/2 bell pepper, sliced thin (yellow or red)
2 cups cooked egg noodles

Steps:

  • Pre-heat oven to 345 degrees.
  • Spray baking dish with butter flavored cooking spray.
  • In sauce pan, mix sauce mix, milk, 1/4 c parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, and butter. Cook on medium heat until cheese and butter are melted, stirring often.
  • When everything is melted, add wine and stir over heat until mixed.
