I have had this recipe so long I don't even remember not using it! I try others but always come back to this.

1 roasted chicken, deboned
2 can(s) cream of chicken soup
1/4 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp sage
1/4 tsp chili powder
1/2 Tbsp oregano, dried
1 Tbsp garlic powder
salt and pepper
3/4 c sour cream
1/2 c milk
1 onion, chopped
2 small cans diced green chilies
1 lb grated cheese, cheddar and jack
18 corn tortillas, quartered

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 375
  • 2. Grease a 9x13 casserole dish
  • 3. Mix together the soup, spices, salt and pepper, onion and green chilies.
  • 4. Layer in dish 1/4 at a time - tortillas, chicken, cheese, then soup mix.
  • 5. Cover and bake for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake until bubbly and lightly browned, about another 10-15 minutes.

2 (4 1/2 ounce) cans diced green chilies
1 onion, chopped
10 ounces cheddar cheese, grated
12 corn tortillas
4 -5 chicken breasts, boiled and torn in pieces
1 (12 ounce) can milnot original evaporated milk

Steps:

  • Heat soup, Milnot, and chiles in medium saucepan over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally, until heated through.
  • While heating soup mixture, tear each tortilla into quarters.
  • In 13" x 9" casserole dish, layer tortillas, chicken, soup mixture, and cheese until all are used.

1 cup sour cream
1 (10.5 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
1 (10 ounce) can diced tomatoes and green chiles (such as RO*TEL®)
1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chiles, drained
¼ cup salsa
⅛ teaspoon salt
12 corn tortillas
6 cups shredded cooked chicken
1 (6 ounce) can black olives, drained and sliced
1 ½ cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 cup queso fresco, crumbled

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.

1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of celery soup
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 (10 ounce) can enchilada sauce
1 (14.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chile peppers
1 (4 ounce) can diced green chiles
1 onion, chopped
1 pinch garlic powder
1 cup chicken broth
1 teaspoon chili powder
16 ounces processed cheese spread
10 (6 inch) corn tortillas

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • In a 5 quart pot combine the chicken, cream of celery soup, cream of chicken soup, enchilada sauce, diced tomatoes and green chiles, onion, garlic, chicken broth, chili powder and cheese. Heat over medium high until the cheese is melted and all of the ingredients are mixed together well.
