Steps:
- Directions:.
- Preheat oven to 375°F Chop chicken and broccoli using food chopper; place in 2 quart batter bowl. Chop bell pepper using 5" utility knife; add to batter bowl. Press garlic over vegetable mixture using garlic press. Shred cheese using cheese grater and add to vegetable mixture; mix gently. Add mayonnaise, dill mix, and salt; mix well using scraper. Unroll 1 package of crescent dough; do not separate. Arrange longest sides of dough across width of 12" x 15" rectangle baking stone. Repeat with remaining package of dough. Using roller, roll dough to seal perforations. On longest sides of baking stone, cut dough into strips 1 1/2 inches apart, 3 inches deep using a pizza cutter (there will be 6 inches in the center for the filling). Spread filling evenly over middle of dough. To braid, lift strips of dough across mixture to meet in center, twisting each strip on turn. Continue alternating strips to form a braid. Tuck ends under to seal at end of braid. Brush egg white over dough using pastry brush. Sprinkle with almonds. Bake 25-28 minutes or until deep golden brown.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 375*F.
- In bowl, combine turkey, 1 cup of the cheese, celery, green onion if using, cranberries, parsley, mayonnaise, mustard and black pepper. Mix well. Set aside.
- Unroll the 2 packages of crescent rolls; separate into 16 triangles in a circle on a large pizza pan or stone with wide ends 3 inches from the edge of pizza pan and points towards the outside. Points will extend off the edge of the pan(depending on size). Arrange the remaining triangles in the center of the pan, matching wide ends with triangles already in placed. The points will overlap in center.
- Using small rolling pin(or small round jar or drinking glass), roll over seams of triangles where wide ends meet, making a smooth surface for filling. Don't seal center triangles.
- Using an ice cream scoop, scoop filling evenly over the dough in a continuous circle.
- Beginning with the last triangle placed in center of pizza pan, bring point of triangle straight across filling. Next, bring point of the opposite outside triangle diagonally across filling, covering point of previous triangle. The filling will show.
- Repeat, overlapping points of inside and outside triangles to form a wreath. Tuck the last end under first.
- Brush top of wreath with egg white.
- Sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup cheese.
- Bake 25-30 minutes or until golden brown. Enjoy!

Tips:
- Prep your Turkey: If frozen, thaw your turkey in the refrigerator for 2-3 days before cooking. Remove the giblets and neck from the turkey cavity and pat the turkey dry with paper towels.
- Make the Filling: While the turkey is thawing or roasting, prepare your stuffing according to the recipe. You can use a variety of fillings, such as a classic bread stuffing, a cornbread stuffing, or a wild rice stuffing.
- Truss the Turkey: Once the turkey is thawed and the stuffing is prepared, truss the turkey to help it hold its shape while roasting. You can use kitchen twine or a trussing needle to secure the legs and wings of the turkey.
- Season the Turkey: Season the turkey inside and out with salt, pepper, and any other desired seasonings. You can also brush the turkey with melted butter or olive oil to help it brown.
- Roast the Turkey: Place the turkey breast-side up in a roasting pan and roast it in a preheated oven at 325°F for the recommended time, based on the weight of the turkey. Baste the turkey with pan juices every 30 minutes or so to keep it moist.
- Check the Internal Temperature: Use a meat thermometer to check the internal temperature of the turkey. The turkey is done when the internal temperature reaches 165°F in the thickest part of the breast and 175°F in the thickest part of the thigh.
- Let the Turkey Rest: Once the turkey is done roasting, let it rest for 15-20 minutes before carving. This will help the juices redistribute throughout the turkey, resulting in a more tender and flavorful bird.
Conclusion:
The Pampered Chef Turkey Braid is a delicious and impressive dish that is perfect for any special occasion. With its crispy, golden-brown crust and moist, flavorful stuffing, this turkey is sure to be a hit with your family and friends. So next time you're looking for a special way to prepare turkey, give this recipe a try. You won't be disappointed!
