This is a sweet that is a specialty of the John MacMillan Presbyterian Church's "Christmas Affair," held every fall in Bethel Park, PA...They make it every year because it "roars" and people love it! :) (Prep time does not include time it takes for "butter" to set.)

Number Of Ingredients 3

1 lb milk chocolate
1 lb white chocolate
1 cup peanut butter

Steps:

  • Melt milk chocolate in double boiler.
  • At the same time, melt white chocolate over double boiler.
  • Pour melted milk chocolate into lined 11 x 15-inch pan.
  • Spread to cover pan.
  • Immediately combine melted white chocolate with peanut butter.
  • Pour over milk chocolate in pan.
  • Swirl 2 layers with a fork in such a way as to make"tiger" stripes.
  • Allow to set.
  • Cut into small squares with sharp knife.

1 lb white chocolate bark
1 1/3 c crunchy peanut butter ( i used smooth)
1 lb semisweet chocolate ( i used semi-sweet chocolate chips

Steps:

  • 1. Line a 10 x 15 inch pan with parchment paper, and set aside
  • 2. Melt white chocolate and peanut butter over low heat,stirring until well blended.
  • 3. Spread into prepared pan.
  • 4. Now melt semi-sweet chocolate.(For easier clean up, I used the same pan that I melted the white chocolate in.)
  • 5. Now pour over the white chocolate/peanut butter mixture,swirl with a knife to make a marble pattern.
  • 6. Put in fridge to chill for 2 hours,and cut into 2 inch pieces.

  • When melting the white chocolate add the peanut butter, stirring constantly until well blended.

1 bag (12 oz) semisweet chocolate chips (2 cups)
1 container (1 lb) Betty Crockerâ„¢ Rich & Creamy chocolate frosting
1 bag (10 oz) peanut butter chips (1 2/3 cups)
1 container (1 lb) Betty Crockerâ„¢ Rich & Creamy cream cheese frosting
1 cup milk chocolate chips
3 tablespoons chopped peanuts

Steps:

  • Spray 9-inch square pan with baking spray with flour. In medium microwavable bowl, microwave semisweet chocolate chips uncovered on High in 30-second increments, stirring after each, until melted and smooth. Stir in chocolate frosting. Spread in pan.
  • In another microwavable bowl, microwave peanut butter chips uncovered on High in 30-second increments, stirring after each, until melted and smooth. Stir in cream cheese frosting. Spread over chocolate layer.
  • In small resealable freezer plastic bag, place milk chocolate chips; seal bag. Microwave on High 30 to 60 seconds until softened. Gently squeeze bag until chips are smooth. Cut off tiny corner of bag; squeeze bag to drizzle melted chocolate over peanut butter-cream cheese layer.
  • Sprinkle with chopped peanuts. Cover; refrigerate until firm, about 1 hour. Cut into 4 rows by 4 rows.
