1/4 teaspoon salt

Steps:

  • MIX chicken, panko, egg, onions, cilantro, garlic, chili sauce and salt in a large bowl.
  • With oiled hands, form into 4 patties.
  • Mix together teriyaki glaze and honey in a small bowl.
  • In large nonstick fry pan over medium high heat, place 1 tablespoon oil.

  • Ginger Mayonnaise: MIX 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 2 teaspoons sweet pickle relish, 2 teaspoons minced fresh ginger, 2 teaspoons lime juice, 1 clove garlic, minced and 1/4 teaspoon salt in a small bowl.

Tips:

  • Make sure to use boneless, skinless chicken breasts for the burgers. This will help to ensure that they cook evenly and are not too dry.
  • If you don't have a food processor, you can chop the chicken breasts, onion, and cilantro by hand. However, a food processor will make the job much easier and quicker.
  • Be careful not to overmix the chicken mixture. Overmixing can make the burgers tough.
  • Form the chicken mixture into 4 equal patties. The patties should be about 1/2-inch thick.
  • Cook the burgers over medium heat for about 5-7 minutes per side, or until they are cooked through.
  • Serve the burgers on buns with your favorite toppings, such as lettuce, tomato, onion, and cheese.
  • The ginger mayonnaise is a great way to add flavor to the burgers. You can also use other condiments, such as ketchup, mustard, or barbecue sauce.
