3 tablespoons hot pepper sauce
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon black pepper, freshly ground
1 teaspoon salt (optional)
2 cups whole wheat bread crumbs
1 -2 tablespoon vegetable oil (canola, safflower, etc.)

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, whisk together hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, pepper, and salt (optional).

6 boneless skinless chicken breasts or 6 pork chops
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1 egg
1 cup Italian style breadcrumbs

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 375.
  • Spray 15x10x1 inch baking pan with nonstick spray.
  • In shallow bowl combine bread crumbs and butter; mix well.
  • In another bowl beat egg.
  • Dip chicken into egg and then coat evenly with bread crumbs.
  • Place chicken in pan.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken in fork-tender and juices run clear. Turn once during half way through cooking.
