2 cups buttermilk
1/2 cup egg substitute
2 tablespoons canola oil
1/2 cup all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking soda

1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup raisins

Steps:

  • In a small bowl, combine oats and buttermilk; let stand for 5 minutes. 2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder

3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted and cooled, plus more for the pan
