Tips:

  • Choose the right chicken breasts: For this recipe, it's best to use boneless, skinless chicken breasts that are of uniform thickness. This will ensure that they cook evenly.
  • Make sure the chicken is fully thawed: If you're using frozen chicken breasts, make sure they are fully thawed before cooking. This will help them cook evenly and prevent them from being dry.
  • Use a good quality olive oil: Olive oil is a healthy and flavorful choice for this recipe. It helps to keep the chicken moist and juicy.
  • Don't overcrowd the baking sheet: When baking the chicken breasts, make sure they are not overcrowded on the baking sheet. This will allow them to cook evenly and prevent them from steaming.
  • Use a meat thermometer: The best way to ensure that the chicken is cooked through is to use a meat thermometer. Insert the thermometer into the thickest part of the chicken breast and make sure it reads 165 degrees Fahrenheit.

Conclusion:

This oven-baked spicy chicken breast recipe is a quick and easy way to prepare a delicious and healthy meal. The chicken is juicy and flavorful, and the spicy breading gives it a nice kick. Serve this chicken with your favorite sides, such as rice, vegetables, or mashed potatoes.
