My DH is not a fan of any fish that is not deep fried, or of Salmon, I had to find something that he would like and would fit into his diet! I combined an oven fried eggplant method into this and he loved it!

Tips:
- To ensure your salmon bakes evenly, preheat your oven to the correct temperature before placing the salmon inside.
- Choose a baking dish that is large enough to accommodate the salmon without overcrowding it. A 9x13 inch baking dish is a good option.
- Line the baking dish with parchment paper or foil to make cleanup easier.
- Season the salmon with salt, pepper, and other desired spices and herbs before baking. This will help to enhance the flavor of the fish.
- Bake the salmon for the recommended amount of time, or until it is cooked through. The internal temperature of the salmon should reach 145°F (63°C) as measured with a food thermometer.
- Allow the salmon to rest for a few minutes before serving. This will help the juices to redistribute throughout the fish, resulting in a more tender and flavorful dish.
Conclusion:
Oven-baked salmon is a delicious and healthy meal that can be enjoyed by people of all ages. It is a versatile dish that can be served with a variety of sides, such as roasted vegetables, mashed potatoes, or rice. With just a few simple ingredients and steps, you can create a delicious and satisfying oven-baked salmon meal that your family and friends will love.
