Tips:

  • Use fresh ingredients: The fresher the ingredients, the better the dressing will taste. If possible, use organic produce and herbs.
  • Don't skimp on the olive oil: Olive oil is the base of this dressing, so don't be afraid to use a good quality oil. Extra virgin olive oil is the best choice.
  • Use a variety of herbs: The herbs in this dressing add a ton of flavor. Feel free to experiment with different combinations of herbs to find your favorite blend.
  • Let the dressing sit for a while: This will allow the flavors to meld together and develop. If you can, make the dressing a few hours or even a day before you plan to use it.
  • Taste the dressing as you go: This is the best way to ensure that it's seasoned to your liking. Add more salt, pepper, or herbs as needed.

Conclusion:

This Outback Steakhouse salad dressing is a delicious and versatile dressing that can be used on a variety of salads. It's also great as a marinade for chicken or fish. With its fresh ingredients and bold flavors, this dressing is sure to be a hit at your next barbecue or potluck.
