STEAKHOUSE MAC AND CHEESE
Cheesy goodness... true comfort food. I updated this recipe based on the review. The cheese sauce is cheesier and there is more of it. This time when I made it, I used 1/2 cup of gorgonzola, but the taste was a little too sharp for my liking. I also added in some garlic powder. Please let me know how the current measurements work out.

Tips:
- Use high-quality ingredients. The better the ingredients, the better the macaroni and cheese will be. Use freshly grated cheese, real butter, and high-quality pasta.
- Cook the pasta al dente. This means cooking it until it is just tender, but still has a slight bite to it. Overcooked pasta will be mushy and won't hold its shape well in the macaroni and cheese.
- Make a roux. A roux is a mixture of butter and flour that is used to thicken sauces. It will help to give the macaroni and cheese a creamy, smooth texture.
- Use a variety of cheeses. A combination of different cheeses will give the macaroni and cheese a more complex flavor. Cheddar, mozzarella, and Parmesan are all good choices.
- Don't be afraid to experiment. There are many different ways to make macaroni and cheese. Feel free to add your own favorite ingredients, such as cooked bacon, diced tomatoes, or chopped broccoli.
Conclusion:
Macaroni and cheese is a classic comfort food that is loved by people of all ages. It is a versatile dish that can be easily customized to your own taste. Whether you like it simple or cheesy, baked or grilled, there is a macaroni and cheese recipe out there for everyone.
