  • 10. Stir in parsley and remaining 1 teaspoon worcestershire.
  • 11. Pour over steak.
  • 12. Slice and serve.

Tips:

  • Use high-quality sirloin steak. Look for steaks that are at least 1 inch thick and have good marbling. This will ensure that your steak is tender and flavorful.
  • Season the steak generously. Use a combination of salt, pepper, and garlic powder. You can also add other spices, such as paprika, chili powder, or cumin, to taste.
  • Let the steak rest before cooking. This will allow the juices to redistribute throughout the meat, resulting in a more tender steak.
  • Cook the steak over high heat. This will create a nice sear on the outside of the steak while keeping the inside juicy and tender.
  • Use a meat thermometer to ensure that the steak is cooked to your desired doneness. The USDA recommends cooking steak to an internal temperature of 145 degrees Fahrenheit for medium-rare, 160 degrees Fahrenheit for medium, and 170 degrees Fahrenheit for well-done.
  • Let the steak rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving. This will allow the juices to redistribute throughout the meat, resulting in a more tender and flavorful steak.

Sirloin steak is a delicious and versatile cut of meat that can be cooked in a variety of ways. By following the tips in this article, you can cook a perfect sirloin steak every time. Whether you are grilling, pan-frying, or roasting your steak, be sure to season it generously and cook it over high heat.
